What’s included? : Tent rental (frame & canopy), Clean & inspected equipment

Optional add-ons: Sidewalls, setup & takedown (additional fee), lighting.

Not Included: Delivery, setup (unless selected)

(Professional setup recommended for best results)

💵 Payment

• A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your date

• Remaining balance is due before your event

• Your date is NOT reserved until payment is received

🚚 Delivery Information

• Delivery fee is not included in base pricing

• Delivery is calculated based on distance

• Items are delivered curbside (driveway or front area)

• Setup is NOT included unless selected

🛠️ Setup & Takedown

• Setup & takedown is available for an additional fee

• If not selected, customer is responsible for setup

🏕️ Tent Setup Requirements

• For grass setup: Gopher State One Call is required before installation

• Tents can be staked into grass or weighted on concrete (additional fee)

• Customer must ensure the setup area is clear and ready

• We are not responsible for underground utilities or sprinkler damage

• Permits (if required) are the customer’s responsibility

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Down payment is non-refundable

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

⚠️ Additional Notes

• All rentals must be returned in the same condition

• Missing or damaged items will incur additional charges

• We reserve the right to adjust orders based on availability
