Payment

• 30% down payment is required to secure your date

• Remaining balance is due before your event

• Reservations are confirmed once payment is received

Delivery, Setup , & Takedown

• We typically deliver and set up the day before your event

  • Pickup is usually scheduled for the following day

  • Delivery fee depends on location

  • Setup is included in featured packages

Tent Setup Requirements

• Grass installations require Gopher State One Call completed before setup
• Concrete or driveway installations may require weighted setup
• Customer must ensure the setup area is clear and accessible.

Cancellation Policy

• Down payment is non-refundable

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
