Terms & Conditions
Payment
A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid before your event.
Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations
Down payment is non-refundable.
Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery
Delivery fees are not included in base pricing.
Delivery is calculated based on distance.
All rentals are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged.
Setup & Takedown
Setup & takedown services are available for an additional fee.
If setup is not selected, the customer is responsible for installation.
Equipment Responsibility
Customer is responsible for all rented items during the rental period.
Missing or damaged items will incur additional charges.
Tent Setup Requirements
For grass installation, Gopher State One Call must be completed prior to setup.
Tents may be staked into grass or weighted on concrete (additional fee).
Customer must ensure the setup area is clear and ready.
Liability
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinklers, or property.
Permits (if required) are the customer’s responsibility.
Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to make adjustments or cancel setup in unsafe weather conditions.
